This song is about a social problem where parents fight leaving their kid behind. In this song, a young mom(with drug problem) loses the custody of her daughter to the dad who was an alcoholic. The dad soon passes away leaving the kid out on the street but the mother(who is now rehabilitated) has no way of finding out.
